"Virtual kitchens" (ghost kitchens) are encouraged by doordash as a way to diversify and boost revenue and stuff: https://get.doordash.com/en-us/blog/virtual-restaurant-brand They seem to be used frequently as decoys to allow restaurants to drop bad reviews though.

"we can't delete bad reviews, but you could always make a virtual kitchen" is how I take that 'feature'.
