No, not really. This is what charges of criminal impersonation are for.



Although parody would be an interesting defense. I suppose in some jurisdictions there might be a possible freedom of political speech defense too.


I am not a lawyer, but I'm not aware of parody being a defence against charges of criminal impersonation.
