The only status I got was by email. "Degraded Performance" is an understatement when nobody is able to connect.

Words like "some customers", "degraded performance", and "increased response times" are frustrating in situations where it's clearly not doing anything useful for anyone. They aren't technically untrue, but they are not helpful.
I gave a new try to Firefox a few months ago and now running it for my personal stuff. I stick to chrome for work, but I much prefer ff because of containers, privacy settings and their independence from the advertisement business.
I truly hate the experience of buying online and found related ads during an whole week about past searches or purchases!
