I use Justin.tv to stream my dachshunds while I'm at work. Same idea, different species: http://daswiener.com It works great, currently running the stream from a Linux host.
From what I've been reading in places like Touch Arcade, review times are going down significantly. I submitted my app (http://tcgcounter.com) on Monday night, it changed to In Review the next morning, that evening it went to Ready For Sale, and was on the app store about two hours after that. Super fast.
They are clearly in the same genre of "MIDI controller in a guitar body". But I wouldn't call it a rip off. The MISA is touch-screen based while the Ztars include many different kinds of controllers.
From the looks of it, I think the MISA would make quite an interesting addition to a stage show.
The link leads to a section with several pages. Each page is about a hiatus in a director's career and contains a video with a longish paragraph about the delay. Reading is involved and it is akin to a slideshow (with videos instead of images).
