Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a full stack or back-end engineer
Programming experience in .NET, C#, and JavaScript frameworks (preferably React)
Experience in cloud-first architecture including containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes (k8s) and Terraform
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
Location: Broomfield, CO (preferred) or remote
We expect our Senior Software Engineers to participate in shaping the direction of our engineering organization with respect to security posture and DevOps best-practices, as well as mentoring junior engineers.

The following information is provided in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act. The general salary target for this position in Colorado is $ 142,229.00 per year. However, the base salary offered may increase (or decrease) depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a full range of perks and benefits, including financial, medical, and dental insurance. We also fund an annual bonus program, with payout based upon annual corporate performance and individual performance.
