Really solid breakdown, nice work.

Hey there, fair point and we're workin on a tour! For now you can see screen shots on SwissMiss's website. Should be enough to convince :-)

But you need to show me the reason I want to give you my email. I don't see why the website needs my email to show me recipes.

one lesson from this, have as much emotional attachment to your code as you do your product = NONE

Pretty solid look at the problems with building products for specific audiences. It's almost like you have to put up the fence, let the kids play, and see what world they carve out.

Lot of variables here. Assuming you've already vetted that its a great business idea (talked to vc's, peers in the space, domain experience, etc) and that you have the skills and potential team in place to make it work, fucking go for it. Make sure you are passionate about it and make sure you're comfortable raising your daily resting heartrate by about 10 bpm. Pretty darn cool. Nice work guys.

A certainly worthwhile read for anyone thinking through what to do after college
