And in fact their FAQ for donations doesn't even mention Firefox under their "How will my donation be used?" section:

At Mozilla, our mission is to keep the Internet healthy, open, and accessible for all. The Mozilla Foundation programs are supported by grassroots donations and grants. Our grassroots donations, from supporters like you, are our most flexible source of funding. These funds directly support advocacy campaigns (i.e. asking big tech companies to protect your privacy), research and publications like the *Privacy Not Included buyer's guide and Internet Health Report, and covers a portion of our annual MozFest gathering.

Basic instructions:

1. Download the mod and its dependencies from Curseforge (should be 3 JAR files: oc2[1], sedna[2] and markdown_manual[3])

2. Install MultiMC[4], run it and sign into your Minecraft/Microsoft account

3. Click the Add Instance button in the toolbar and choose Vanilla version 1.18.1, give it a name if you like and click OK

4. Click Edit Instance in the sidebar for the new instance

5. Click Install Forge on the right sidebar and select the latest version

6. Select Loader mods in the left sidebar

7. Click Add on the right and select the three JAR files you downloaded in step 1

8. Click Launch down the bottom

Usually it's simpler to install mods with MultiMC if they're already in a modpack, but these mods don't appear to be in one currently.

Also I recently noticed that DuckDuckGo time zone conversion ignores you when you enter AEST and uses AEDT when the other states are in daylight savings time and yours is not.

I use this as well and it's quite good.

The only thing I sometimes have a problem with is when going through a payment flow using PayPal and forgetting to open the site in a persistent container. Many sites will fail to process the payment on the redirect back to the site as it ends up in another container.

I haven't looked recently, but I didn't see an option to open a site in an existing temporary container based on domain if there is one already open which I believe would solve this.

And Blue's News still has the articles up in their archive (albeit at a different link): https://www.bluesnews.com/archives/may97-5.html

According to [1], version 0.2 of pip was released 2008-10-29. The 1.0 release which added Python 3 support was 2011-04-04 (which is what Wikipedia lists).

The earliest release I can find for Go at [2] is 2009-12-09, with 1.0 being released 2012-03-28.

I sometimes find myself going to Google for some complex queries or obscure error messages as well, but I'll usually try an alternative query first.

In this case, DDG happens to have a bang shortcut for postgres which takes you directly to the search results on the PostgreSQL site if you query !postgres array_agg.

There's a surprisingly large number of these which end up making it more useful than the generic web search results page overall.

I've found it interesting that the Steam app on iOS has somehow slipped past the radar and allowed transactions bypassing Apple for a long time.

It's been discussed to death, you can sell things on iOS as long as they can't actually be used on iOS, like Amazon

Thanks for the clarification. The Steam Link app throws a little bit of a wrench into the argument since you could purchase a game and remotely install it with the Steam app then switch over to the Steam Link app to play it on the platform.

Gamers Nexus has a video & article explaining how TDP is primarily a marketing term.

If you enjoy the Stormlight Archives I would also highly recommend the Lightbringer series of books by Brent Weeks.

I won't spoil anything besides saying that the series has a number of really memorable plot twists and a very interesting magic system.

Simon Vance does a fantastic job narrating the audiobooks and I'm eagerly anticipating the fifth and final book of the series which is due for release in October.

It‘s a very good series! The shadow series of him is very great too.

lightbringer and mistborn are in the queue!

if its not too intrusive, what do program you use to listen to the files? syncing between devices?
