Agreed with it. It is the highlight of this release.

Emacs: its versatile and easy to configure code editor. If you are fan of Org mode, then you have to use Emacs.

Anyone knows how does it different from Firefox Send. What is the features will restrict users from abusing it. FYI, Firefox Send was discontinued due to security reason.

It does require that you create a Bitwarden account to create a send.

I assume if abuse starts happening they will just start requiring a paid plan, which would allow some amount of additional protection.

Is there anyone using gitconnected.com? I use it to build my own resume in a technical way. At the same time, I could show my notable projects on Github.

Another vote for Fastmail.

I was said a bit because it is a nice product developed by Mozilla.

Love this idea. I was a fan of this novel a long time ago. I really want a bite-size reading newsletter style like this.

What I think is you should have an index of similar novels too. You can put a list of recommended novels in the newsletter email, or sent a follow up email after finishing the whole seris of 117 chapters of Monte Cristo.

Though not related to the content of post, I found that the favicon of fast.ai is a H character, which is not related to AI. Somebody should update it.

FYI, letter H comes from theme Hyde in Hugo: https://themes.gohugo.io/hyde/?search-input=menu%3Dmai#sideb...

Surely the effort you put into 60 technical interviews are great. But instead, you should focus to 10 companies you would like to join, it may turn out better as you could focus your energy and thinking for cover letter and preparation.

Maybe? Doing more interviews probably helps prepare you for interviews to a certain degree. If he's shortchanging his interviews by doing so many of them--e.g. by not researching the company--that's one thing. But, in general, unless you're following a very targeted strategy, I'd probably err on the side of applying to more companies rather than fewer. If he's just applying cold, the process is sufficiently random that you're usually best off primarily playing a numbers game.

I am happy with Fastmail too. Use it for more than 3 years and never look back. There is a hype about Hey mail recently but I won't buy it:

- It is more expensive than my current plan with Fastmail. Hey mail is 99$/year.

- As all of my current emails and contacts are in fastmail, I am not likely to switch to another providers. Also, because I am happy user, I don't see the need to switch.

I used to love google inbox but switched to fastmail when google killed Inbox and it was easy to choose between old gmail and fastmail. Hey might address why I loved about Inbox. However, it’s clearly designed with companies in mind. The $100/yr is steep for a personal email service. Plus, they don’t have custom domains yet.

I used to run my own mail server and it's not actually fun. If you run everything on the cheapest VPS possible then you still end up paying about $50 or thereabouts. So they're in the right ballpark. I'm happy to pay them extra so I don't have to worry about email server maintenance.
