I made a Chrome Extension called "Hider" that hides distractions on YouTube.com: - Irrelevant search results (People also watched, For You, Top News) - Shorts - Thumbnails - Different layout elements (like the navigation bar)

Also added the ability to lock an element you want and click "toggle all" to hide everything else.
