I didn't get it until you said this

The last year vs this year is crazy

Agreed. We were so excited about the results last year and they are SO BAD now by comparison. Hopefully we'll say the same thing again in the couple months

Hopefully not. I'm impressed with the engineering, it is a technological achievement, but my only hope right now is that this tech plateaus pretty much immediately. I can't think of a single use-case that wouldn't be at best value-neutral, and at worst extremely harmful to the people interacting with it.

thanks! it just barley worked last year, but not much else. this year it's actually good. we got lucky: it's both new tech and turned out to be good quality.

This is super basic, no caching or persistence at all, straight polling the streams and forwarding to the client.

Would love to chat, my contact is public on my profile, send a msg.

TBH not clear because I'm not clear on it. I believe the naming scheme is nonstandard across providers and not a requirement as part of the standards.

I've been thinking a lot today about how these bots change with just a little bit more intelligence. Kinda terrifying.

I'm https://swerdlow.dev — love this

thats the vibe i was going for

This is beautiful and I did not know it existed until now tx

which browser are you using?

I’m also not seeing the purported images on iOS 26.1 safari

It does not work on iOS Safari at all, it should show a warning at the top saying so

I do not miss the days of "This site best viewed with browser X".

Nor on MacOS Safari.

It apparently only works correctly on chromium-based browsers.

I am on Chrome on Android and it does not work. Although some of them it's like halfway there.

Appears to mostly work in Firefox, including in the browser tab title, which is funny.

It did not work at all for me on latest Firefox (macOS).

Does not work for me with Chrome, though I guess it's missing some font.

Android chrome and firefox.

What browser was it in?

Chrome, latest stable

MacOS Linux Windows or other?
