Are these positions global remote or remote in North America?

The "Benefits" section of the Job Description says, "Ride with GPS is a remote first workplace with team members all across North America"

Focusing on compatible timezones, but willing to branch out for just the right candidate

Hello hello, is this position "remote in Europe", or a "global remote" (with European Timezone overlap)?

The job posting says "Remote Europe" but the job description goes on to say "Option to work from anywhere in the world (CET +/- 3h)."

The former implies some sort of European location / residency requirement, while the latter just implies a reasonable requirement of overlapping working hours :)

By "Remote Europe" do you mean the candidate must reside in Europe or do you mean anywhere in the world with a overlap with CET?
