I work remotely from Zürich, Switzerland myself and went through the process last year.
When I went through it all, it was only Google and Facebook that did leetcode questions. The Facebook recruiter even suggested grinding before the interview. The rest of the companies did various coding and architecture sessions, with the coding sessions being much closer to real world problems.
In the end I ended up at Mutiny (https://www.mutinyhq.com/). We do real-world domain-related coding problems in our technical screens and we won't ding you for having to google things - that is after all what most of us do day-today.

Gusto | Software Engineer, Developer tools | San Francisco, CA | VISA https://gusto.com
At Gusto we are changing the way small businesses manage payroll, benefits and HR for their busineses.
We are looking for an additional engineers to join our growing developer tools team here in San Francisco.
If I had to describe this position in one sentence it would be: Make the rest of the engineering team faster/stronger/better, be a multiplier.
The developer tools team work on making our test suites run blazingly fast, give engineers better insights into the code they write, change how we develop future features and clean up old ones.
Being a fairly new and small team, you would be able to make a really big impact on the full engineering team.
Our stack is ruby/rails, mysql, redis heavy, although we venture into the unknown when that is a better technology choice.
Feel free to reach out directly to me (bo at gusto.com), I am the hiring manager for this position.

Great having statistics like this, but for most of the statistics the pie chart is rubbish.
It only makes sense in the case where the companies really only uses one of the technologies posible.
Bar graphs would have been better.
EDIT: Seems like I need to refresh the comments before i post my own, archangel_one beat me to it.
