I've been out out caffeine since January because I did something similar (and got similar withdrawal symptoms): I started by mixing regular coffee beans with decaf ones. First two weeks I used a 25/75% decaf to regular mix, next two weeks 50/50%, then 75%/25%, etc.

The key for my was finding good quality (and expensive) decaf coffe beans. After triying differente brands I settled with Lavazza.

The first time I heard about CameraV & InfomaCam apps I tought: Why regular cameras don't have this?

He was a guest in this monday WTF Podcast:

"...With a new documentary about the internet on his mind, the legendary filmmaker talks with Marc about the achievements and follies of humanity. ..."

And his book A Guide for the Perplexed worth a read.

Im been doing this but skipping dinner instead of breakfast. I don't eat anything after 14 p.m until next morning around 6 a.m.

Few first days was hard, lots of cravings, but after a week/week and a half I get used to it.

I feel more healthy (yeah, I know, I know...) than ever. And I'm losing weight at a steady pace (without the usual hights/lows, etc.

I used to have one of those, but a few months ago I switched to the pressure cooker method (electric one, the [Instan Pot][1]):

  - cook the eggs 6 minutes on low pressure.
  - cool down (10 minutes).
  - shock the eggs with iced water.
I know what the article says but in my experience pressure cooked eggs are much, much easy to peel.
