I‘m wondering that no one mentions fhem. I’m completely satisfied with running it joining self-built, Homematic IP, HUE, Max!, Shellie’s and SaaS stuff with Echo integration. But besides that good job writing something in this size on your own! Hopefully you‘re able to maintain it!

Am I the only one who uses Fhem? From my point of view it‘s extremely robust which increases the wife acceptance factor . I‘m running Hue, Z-Wave sensors, Shelly‘s, Homematic and an Echo connection. Sooooo much potential.
