If you're interested in understanding how postmodernism has been subverting meaning, motivating chaos, and how it's married to activism watch this interview:
It does a good job summarizing key ideas from Derrida, et. al.
At the end of the day, people are frantically grasping for power by spreading doubt into all modes of communication, institutions, cultural ideas, etc.
Use CRON-o-meter. Meet all RDAs with just a variety of whole quality foods, get more magnesium than phosphorus (and 1/3rd-1/2 as much as calcium), ensure alkaline PRAL score, and ensure sufficient quality sleep.
Higher amounts of D3 aren't necessary, but there are therapeutic effects. The idea is to somewhat mimic hGH/IGF-1, DHEA, and melatonin of youth while lowering stress hormones.
As a male, ZMA is a good way to improve sleep and move closer toward meeting the magnesium requirements.
Maintain a lower/normal amount of D3, clear all nutrient/sleep deficiencies, and then start increasing 25(OH)D if necessary. D3 sometimes isn't even needed until older, unless trying for the therapeutic effects I mentioned.
Such a combo works even better with resistance training to stimulate bone.
I stated minimums for MK-4 and MK-7. I like the effects of higher amounts of MK-4. 5-10 mg.
I'm currently taking: 60,000 IU D3, 15 mg MK-4, 1.35g magnesium, and 2 Naturelo One Daily capsules (provides 240 mcg MK-7).
WSJ estimates this deal to be worth more than $100M.
I hope Joe Rogan has a plan for how to invest a good chunk of this for greater good. IMHO this kind of sum comes with a responsibility to do something with it that goes beyond your family and friends. (Like Tim Ferris does now for psychedelics research).
Judging by how I perceive him from the show, I don’t think he’s just greedy and wants that much for himself. Either there’s some detail in the contract that allows him to break free in case Spotify tries to censor too hard. Or he already has some longer-term thing in mind that he needs the capital for.
One nice detail is that they’d be free to play music.
Also, if you cancel any subscription (maybe just to make sure it doesn't accidentally get renewed), you get to keep however many days you have left.
Not so with their own free one year Apple TV subscription that came with the latest phones. If you cancel that, there's an alert telling you you'll lose it immediately.
Clearly tilting the playing field again and again.
I wonder how this affects teams at Apple. From what I heard before, some teams are already on crunch time before WWDC to bring whatever they’re working on into a state that you can ship as a beta.
Yes. Pure speculation, but lack of sleep might have been a factor in relatively young doctors in Wuhan dying from the virus. And quantity of viral matter might also be an important factor.
