Unless you're running a police state environment where every minute of company time is tracked, enough opportunities for it to happen organically exist that it's not a matter of how you organize it, it's a matter of culture. Give them as much responsibility as they can handle and they'll be the ones reaching out to you.
He self-published a lot of material under various pseudonyms / sponsored others to write biographies that painted him as a Tony Stark adjacent character. A lot of Iron Man comics are based on exaggerated version of Feynman stories.
He was a truly brilliant "top 100 of all time" type physicist, but also had one of the biggest ego's I've ever looked into. Pair it with the misogyny, abuse of power, racism, etc... I'm not his biggest fan.
