Most profit is nabbed by shop owners, by an insane degree (unless you are owner AND operator).

Arguably this is only temporary. I don't think Congress sets the timeline do they?

It's not immediately clear to me how we should read the Constitution on that question, but the Impoundment Control Act seems to explicitly include "delay" alongside "withholding" in things that it might be forbidding.

It's a radioactive carrot in politicsville, not sure if you get superpowers or just regular old cancer.

I keep reading this comment all over the internet.

I'd build it around pip and just accept that your users will have to install python and do the one-time pip install. Just do

pip install <package_name> -U

to get the latest.

Then I guess I might as well expect them to use `uv` and use `uv tool`

Yea, sorry I'm not too familiar with uv yet, but sounds like it could work well. The latest would be installed each invocation. The trick though would be pointing to your private pip repository.

Great for generating favicons!

What did you change careers to?

I was hired as a developer of APIs on this big enterprise API management system, but then promoted to lead of operations on the project.

The architecture doesn't keep yielding better results, Jevon's paradox doesn't apply.

But surely it can be scaled up, or is this compression thing something making the approach good only for small models (I haven't read the Deepseek papers (can't allocate time to it))?

Anyhow, if you can deliver more with less, this is huge good news for AI industry.

After some readjustment we can expect AI companies to start using the new method to deliver more. Science fiction might happen sooner than expected.

Buy the dip.

How does scanning someone's eyeballs help anyway? It's not unique if its stolen. Then what?

The purpose of the scanning is so you are limited to one account per human rather than being able to open loads. It's not used as ID after the account is open.

The plan with Worldcoin is to use these unique IDs to airdrop a UBI.

That's the marketing bullshit. It's simpler that that.

He's selling weapons to both sides, the ai bullshit spam machine gun, and the anti spam identity verification system.

He knows what he's doing.

I'm not sure either is quite accurate. When you get an account you get given worldcoins on a regular basis which are basically another crypto shitcoin. They have plans to use it as a payment and app ecosystem but that hasn't really taken off. The anti spam identity thing hasn't really even started either.

Do you really need to explain it? Why are other teams picking your tools?
