It’s everyone jumping ship and switching from 14th gen to AMD

The number of people who swap CPUs or even pay attention to the "Intel inside" sticker on a PC must be very small.

I mean the CPUs were tested early on, but later they failed, and no longer raise the average. It should be visible in more detailed statistics if it is so.

Shame they went a little overboard with the smoke and post fx really. A cleaner sharper image would have been nice

I personally think the original is more interesting.

Virtual machine and GPU pass through is still a nice way to go for hackintosh.

On the contrary some much older and experienced frameworks are simplifying and consolidating. .NET for example

For most people an M1 is a means of accessing websites, even as a developer my dev machine has become a gateway to virtual machines and I could do the same thing on a 2008 MacBook Pro. For a few who use ML features of apps like photoshop there may be more of an occasional wait time, but it’s not like rendering a video is it, it’s 10 seconds vs 15 seconds.

I had frequent tonsil infections as a kid and was given the option to have them out but declined.

Now I have two very small and pitted tonsils due to frequent infections which asides from the odd tonsil stone don’t bother me at all.

I don’t get hay fever or any allergies.

Think I made the right decision
