this case should simply be called search, no?

to me research takes a long time, and not just an hour or so.

Well the models often do an initial search and then a follow-up search. So it's a re-search

It does it several times, so maybe re-re-re-search works?

You overlook the fact that the system integrates various sources into a coherent report. This in my opinion makes it more than just mere search.

I was going to suggest you to use reader mode, but firefox's reader mode doesn't detect the main content here, but rather the comments.

unrelated to the post, but your comment history is very llm-like.

Oh, that’s the old Line Length Monitor. Back in the teletype days, it’d beep if your comment ran past 80 columns. Mine used to beep so much the janitor thought we had a bird infestation.

R was the first thing we had in our syllabus for (shallow)Machine Learning.

the ease of doing `model <- lm(speed~dist, cars)` and then `predict(model, data.frame(dist = c(42)))` is unparalled.

I can think of:

  Sqlite -> Turso
  PostgreSQL -> Neon
  Chromium -> Arc browser
not exactly fork, but aimed at riding popularity of an already-established thing:

  Nodejs -> Bun

they probably intend its relation to React.

most likely the marks of tyres in car/bike racing games on the road(the response mentioned about racing game).

I vouched for this post, because I don't understand why it was downvoted. Maybe someone can enlighten me?

There’s always some background enthropy on a forum, just nevermind and fix it if you feel like. People fat finger “flag” all the time as well. https://news.ycombinator.com/flagged

This looks potentially great, thanks. I'll give it a try.
