In the preface it does state:

  To run the examples, you will need at least version 1.5 of Go.

  $ go version
  go version go1.5 linux/amd64

  Follow the instructions at https://golang.org/doc/install if the go tool on your computer is older or missing.

Bitcoin mixers can make it almost impossible for people to follow bitcoin transactions, providing that the number of coins in the mixer far exceeds the amount you are trying to mix.

Again, you're never leaking less information than you think. I also expect that using bitcoin mixers will be prosecutable under AML laws in the medium term, if they aren't already.

There are known issues with using "using". If the Dispose() call throws an exception in the finally block, then any exception that occurred in the within the using block is masked.

The easy solution is to make sure that your Dispose() calls don't throw exceptions, unfortunately some of Microsoft's classes don't conform to this (e.g. WCF clients).

The following MSDN article shows a case where they do not recommend using "using", and instead suggest explicitly using try-catch-finally: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa355056.aspx

I think the point was is that when the fat is removed from milk, it is not only fat that is removed, but also compounds that readily dissolve in fat.

This means that any effects seen could be due to the additional compounds as well as the fats that have been removed. I am not sure it is possible to distinguish what is the major cause for the effects seen.

Thank you, that line of reasoning makes sense.
