In a market full of speculators that is true. I think the money manager is talking about people who are moving money out of the market because they want to retire, medical expenses, income, etc.

Marriage is a way to call a guys' bluffs. Plenty of guys will say they are in love and committed forever to keep a relationship going. But the reality is they would move on to a younger girlfriend every 5-10 years if they could. Marriage makes men put their money where their mouth is.
Add a 8 hour delay before a poster can see his karma points from a post. Let other users see how many karma posts have but do not let the poster see the points. It takes away the instant gratification aspect to karma.
But "we cover real news" is just a distraction from the fact that their own policy for citing the works of others is vastly different than what they expect when others cite their works.
