Even while recognizing that it's propaganda, one can also appreciate it as hilarious and expert-level spin and trolling by state actors. I agree it's worth the watch. You don't have to agree with its interpretation of events, but you can think critically about why the message they crafted would appeal to one target audience while inciting anger and frustration in another target audience, and what goals the video's producers might have in making it.
The timeline is 100% accurate, anyone that follows international trade/news was aware of the dangers by the end of January.(I personally remember reading the papers about the virus's genome mid-January)

That's true. And the CDC did say not to wear a mask, and various other aspects of the US reaction are accurate. And the video doesn't even talk about faulty CDC test kits, banning of imported test kits, or other American own-goals in this crisis.
