From the FAQ: "v0 is a generative user interface system by Vercel powered by AI. It generates copy-and-paste friendly React code based on shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS that people can use in their projects"
One technique could be to start unfollowing certain people. Note that this is different from unfriending them and afaik there's nothing that will notify them to the fact.
Perhaps start by unfollowing those that post the "political garbage, pointless memes, etc". Quite quickly you should start to see your feed be a little more streamlined / less noisy.
On a related note I went even further and unfollowed everyone so my feed is now completely empty. As such it proactively requires me to view profiles of connections that I care about or view my list of "close friends" which is a feed in itself. That said, I barely use it anymore (which was my original goal).
Does anyone have any insight into what happened to Svbtle (svbtle.com)? In its heyday it seemed to have a ton of momentum / buzz, albeit on a smaller scale than Medium does today.
Not every Netflix Original is available in every region. This can be either because Netflix was producing the show before they were in that region, and so signed over the rights to the show in that region to a different provider, or because they have agreements with other producers that need to be on board as well. The same idiosyncrasies will probably apply to downloads.
For instance, in the case of Luke Cage, maybe Marvel needs to sign off on delivery changes like this? Hard to determine without looking at Netflix's actual contracts.
I would imagine agreements regarding distribution rights. Netflix (distributor) can only offline stuff they have the rights to.
HK in particular I would assume Netflix (content producer) are interested in partnering with a Chinese company as that region tends to favour those quite heavily.
One thing that has recently helped me kick the "addiction" is by unfollowing literally everybody I know. It's taken a while, but now when I go back in it literally says something to the effect that "you need to follow friends to get news in your feed".
I'm now placing the onus on going back in and actively going to the feeds of friends and family that I care about; as opposed to the mindless thumbing through the feed.
Even though I believe it's been proven to be some form of hoax (although I'm not sure if it's been proven by whom), http://propagandafilm.net is highly worth a watch.
There are moments when it truly feels like the above statement equally applies to "us" as it does to "them".
