That. Why in 2062 are so many people still reduced to merely describing what happens, and have no power to fix it themselves? These big corporations can roll out anything and we’ll all roll over and take it. Neuralink 7.0 completely changed everyone’s personality and people bitched for a while but ultimately no one can do anything about it. They promised to bring back choice of features but it’s been a decade and so far just more enshittification
Agree. Yet, I find myself checking social media to see if the company is still alive/active. When seeing a lot of activity on social media, I assume they do well or at least they are still in business.
If you have rough estimates for what the upper limits of this approach are (based on your tests), I'd love to get a datapoint to keep in mind. I use this at low-moderate volumes.
I was shopping for TV a few months ago, and spent weeks researching. My conclusion is that most online the reviews are useless, all the quality comparison is something I would never notice myself. I went with TCL 50" Class 4 Series 4K UHD Smart Roku TV, Model: 50S435, and I love it. Cheap, roku works great, quality is great, I don't use cable, I am streaming from Netflix only.
