I recommend against moniker. They once were a good registrar, but these days their customer support is shocking.

FWIW I've used nearlyfreespeech.net for a few years now - all ok.

You could try with Adobe Fireworks. It gets you a "good" design (at least, up to a certain point) and it's more easy to manage and faster than with Photoshop.

I like its simplicity, but it gets hard to manage when you have multiple pages of the same project.

An alternative will be to upload a new screenshot on that page and you'll automatically have just one URL with both screenshots, etc.
