This announcement left me feeling sad because it made me realize that I'm probably working on simple problems for which the current non-pro models seem to be perfectly sufficient (writing code for basic CRUD apps etc.)

I wish I was working on the type of problems for which the pro model would be necessary.

About: I have worked in manufacturing for the last 16 years in roles ranging from Quality Assurance to Plant manager. I'm excited about visualization, automation and digitilization of various business processes. In my current job I've designed and built an Andon system and a bespoke MES system (including among other features an automatic optimal planning of operators to production lines) for the 400 person production plant I'm managing. I'm interested in opportunities that leverage my experience in both business processes and IT.

I'm making an Andon signalling application that can be used to visualize production line problems in a manufacturing company.

Andon is a powerful tool in the lean manufacturing concept, because it highlights problems, raises employee awareness, and encourages responsible persons to solve them quickly.

There are many commercial packages available but they are often very expensive or inflexible. I feel that many companies would greatly benefit from having such a system but don't have it due to the costs involved. I'm trying to build an open source version that can be configured to many different situations.

I am a big fan of Herzberg's dual factor theory. I find it much more practical and actionable than the ubiqitous Maslow's hierarchy.

In one of my previous jobs, I asked people in my team to make a survey to identify their motivational and hygienic factors. The surprising result for me was how much variation there was among different people. (e. g. for somebody salary was a motivational factor, for anybody hygienic one). Anyway, understanding these factors for individual team members made me much more effective manager.

[continuation] --------------- This looks like a very easy opening, but it is really a hard one. I don't really know what is going on on either sides, but since I have read on net about White's opening (for example, http://www.chessgames.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=318749 ) I think Black has more of a chance here since he can attack the first four moves. But at least White is more threatening to the Bishop. Let's focus on this opening... A good opening for White is the g3. The bishop is too far back, there isn't enough space for b3, the c2 is too shallow to get the queen on time and the knight has a good escape from c7, and c7 seems a bit strong. This is not a good position for Black, but it may be able to take some games from Black. I have given

I really enjoy that it hallucinated a perfectly cromulent-looking, but invalid, chessgames.com URL.

Unfortunately, even though there are already several phones on the market whose hardware supports dual band GPS, the software in most cases doesn't.

see this article for details https://medium.com/@sjbarbeau/dual-frequency-gnss-on-android...

My Mi 8 with the stable Android P build seems to be using both frequencies for satellites "in use" at the same time. The actual benefits of it, I don't know though.
