As a back sleeper, get a pillow or cushion under your knees/legs. Otherwise the arch of your back is in constant stress when you sleep and can lead to back problems. You can guess how I know.
That doesn't sound like good advice. Your hip flexors are likely very tight/shortened, so you put a pillow underneath your knees/legs to prevent them from stretching at night and thereby make them even more shorter?
Yeah, every place I look people that decided to replace single-use plastic either goes for plastic-coated paper or "reusable" plastic that is thrown away after use.
But are a big net loss for any reason you can have to the ban.
If you make an awareness campaign, people will replace a lot of it with glass, metal, or plastic that actually gets reused. But they keep using a lot of single-use things. If you out-right ban them, people go directly to what can out-right replace them, and it's always those things.
That's not the same concept: that requires tools and woodworking skill. A CR filter cube requires only a box fan, duct tape, filters, and the box the filters came in.
All linking tricks are often defeated if the program in question writes to the file. Especially on windows, it's common practice to first write out a new file, if you didn't crash, remove the old file and rename the new file. This breaks the link. I'm not sure if this is also common for config files, but I would not be surprised.
