This assumes that there are infinite branches of reality, and some of them are offset in time (and in some we are aware of other branches in those realities - otherwise, how do you avoid death?).

With that, probably until we die of age, so, 120-something?

But this is too speculative and with out understanding of world - impossible

How do I place flag on mobile?

This website ignores reduced motion preference, be cautious.

Unless I’m missing something, you’re copying dev dependencies for bun, instead of prod ones.

No, it is a multi-stage build. The second stage [1] uses oven/bun:distroless

But nothing related to Epstein, eh?

Wait. You use github pages for something or actually work on it?

I use it for something.

I had a github page that was public, but it was made private and the DNS config was removed. Fast forward to today. I made the private repo public again and forced a deploy of the page without making a new commit. It said the DNS config was incomplete, so I tweaked it and hit "check again" and github went down.

Probably unrelated, but the timing was spooky.

Sorry for the offtopicness - would you mind emailing hn@ycombinator.com so I can check in with you about a couple things regarding https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=41221186?

Your domain isn't `null.example.com` or something, is it?

Comments moved thither. Thanks!

Status page, like usually all green -> https://www.githubstatus.com/

It's yellow/red now.

would be better if it's down too :D

Nothing todo with marijuana, it’s just Vitamin E, which makes it easier to produce vape liquids

It has to do with marijuana.

According to the Missouri health department, marijuana products without added Vitamin E were failing the safety test because they contained naturally occurring Vitamin E.

So specifically for marijuana products they increased the allowable amount.

I don't really understand why they decided this though. Their reasoning suggests that they think natural occurring poison is less harmful than added poison ?

I initially posted a wrong comment, but after a more careful re-reading, I think their argument is Vitamin E Acetate is bad. But Vitamin E (non-acetate) is fine. Now, I don't know whether that's true or not.

> It was determined that raising the VEA [Vitamin E Acetate] action limit to 5ppm (0.0005% by weight) accounts for any naturally occurring vitamin E, which has not been identified as a health and safety concern upon inhalation and prevents false failures for VEA screening

MacOS seems to be fine (or I was too late to get an update)

MacOS does not allow kernel extensions anymore luckily
