What was your problem with it? I see it running in a terminal more convenient (can point it to read local files outside of a project folder, for example)
I made an app that lets met quickly copy hashtags and captions I use on Instagram (work related). Was using Apple Notes but decided to make a separate app to simplify the process. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id1554772749
Hashtag Editor, https://rusinov.me/hashtag-editor - niche app for organizing social media hashtags. You create campaigns, add your own hashtags (no creepy APIs used), and copy result to clipboard.
I'm actually just using styled components and styling everything one-off (trying to re-use components as much as possible to maintain some sense of cohesiveness). Started building a design system in Figma awhile back, but realized how much time I was spending on something that wasn't adding value and backed off.
With iCloud, you need to trust your photos with Apple. That trust has some benefits and some costs. Some people like the convenience, but others are more worried about decreased privacy and decreased autonomy.
Our solution is a peer-to-peer network of your own devices -
we help you manage your own photos. You don't need to trust any cloud provider to store your photos and not rip you off for it.
