Have you tried Cursor instead of copilot? It feels more like a chat-driven development experience, but baked into the IDE.

When I see articles like this, I can't stop myself from thinking what if we're the rats in the eyes of AI.

Cleary | Senior Product Engineer (Rails/React) | San Francisco, CA | REMOTE | https://www.gocleary.com/

Cleary is building a modern employee experience platform based on the kind of internal tools that companies like Stripe, Twitter, Dropbox, Google, Uber, etc build for their own employees. We just had our best month ever, and our customers include companies like Square, DoorDash, Flexport, and Scale. We're assembling an A+ team - currently just 10 people with backgrounds from Twitter, Microsoft, Cornell, Carnegie Melon, YC, etc. You’ll get to work directly with our experienced entrepreneurial team, which includes second-time founders with prior exits. In this role you will wear multiple hats, reporting directly to the CTO, and will have an opportunity to take on a leadership position (if desired) as we scale.

Is it optimized for mac?

There's a native ARM binary :) You can choose the x86 or ARM binary when you launch, and they're actually separate apps. That's how they get around the Steam "thou shalt only run x86 applications" mandate.

Is it possible to dual boot windows with the new m1 chips?

You can most definitely use the latest Parallels IIRC, why dual boot?

Mostly for gaming. I use bootcamp now to play MTG Arena and StarCraft 2 on windows which seems to have much better perf.

I imagine gaming doesnt work well in parallels?

I don't think I'd make that assumption. https://www.applegamingwiki.com/wiki/M1_compatible_games_mas... , for instance, has a number of games that do pretty well in Parallels.

You can play SC2 via rosetta. Unfortunately not optimised for M1

No.
