man... i wish they would have just left it alone. i dont really like this change. hiding things behind a menu. leave it to google to ruin a good thing.

This isn't extreme enough. If they're going to put out a very controversial proposal like this, they may as well go all in. The push back against this is going to fizzle out, and it will be shoved through regardless of anyones opinions.

Governments will love this due to protection and security it provides among other things. I wish I could say I was surprised, but Google has continued to fail to deliver even when they try for a power-grab play like this.

Feature requests: - Add a distributed bad-actors list similar to DNS. - Start the process of introducing this functionality at the hardware level. - Require photo personal identification to prove humanity.

seeing this. i’m going to consider this. ty. tysm.

this is sick. maybe you could do something with animated/changing emojis and gifs, sort of how gmail has (used to have?) an inbox counter that would change.

Dynamic emoji are cool but animated emoji might get annoying eventually.

I made a script[1] for https://eligrey.com that dynamically shows a speech balloon emoji when it detects that any input fields on a page have been modified (and reverts to the previous favicon when all modifications are reset). I will probably add that script as an option for Favioli.

I think the UI is fine, but the UX could use some work.
