What is your opinion of that book? I just looked up the summary of the 48 rules [1] and it seems pretty morally questionable. Maybe that's the point?

They are somewhat a hardware company. The design of their e cig is the best I've ever seen

I want to say that I did something similar, and I had to go the odd day without a meal here or there every once in a while. Not to say that is a bad thing, but definitely be ready to have a similar experience if you aren't prepared.
