My wife asked for a red light for Christmas, specifically from Vital Red Light [1]. Turns out the red light is 660nm, with additional near IR LEDs around 850nm. I was skeptical of it's effect, but am a believer now. The best way to describe it is it feels like laying in the sun on a beach, but without getting sweaty or sunburnt.

Imagine the panic when you realize Google reclaimed your number for inactivity because you haven't been sending texts or making calls, only receiving them, and you missed the couple of emails notifying you about the change. Now your number is under some random person's control.

Coincidentally, I heard from a T-mobile reseller that T-mobile is forcing them to reissue new SIM cards to all their customers. Unclear if this is related, but the timing is interesting. This was communicated a few weeks ago, before the breach was publicly known.
