Regarding the issues, there are some projects like git-bug https://github.com/MichaelMure/git-bug trying to embed these sorts of meta-work into git.

There's also StartMail based in the Netherlands.

What's wrong with git checkout?

It’s overloaded and has recently been made obsolete by splitting it into two new commands. There’s nothing wrong with personally continuing to use it, but adopting the new vocabulary might help make Git less confusing to others.

I have similar automation with Ansible. Can I see your config if it's open source?

StartMail supports a form of this called as "aliases" with the StartMail domain.

(Disclosure: I work at StartMail.)

That's a good point IMO and that's why I still find nomnoml my favorite https://nomnoml.com/.

However, nomnoml is more like UML tool than diagramming tool like OneModel. So a big issue could be how to keep all the icons in the text format. With SVGs, the file would be big/or would include some extra assets folder, or with the links directly hosted on OneModel, the file would be tightly coupled.

Cool idea!

That's why every Python project should have a Docker image.

I think the solution works for you now but wouldn't be better if you move those recurring queries to a dashboard that people can check the results themselves whenever they want?

Almost looks like a video transcript.
