Why on earth would you require the chef to do a code challenge?

Why on Earth do you brag about taking such a one size fits all approach to hiring?

Code challenges for non coders? That's just adding entropy。

If the lunches are catered why do you need a chef?

To code review the caterers.

You posted about 5-6 times about different positions. You could have just posted once, with all the different positions.
