This my defacto, PHP is installed on all the Linux servers I manage, mostly Debian/Ubuntu with DotDeb repos. You could probably get nc to pipe the output of php-cli for older PHP installs.
I really liked the changes, especially the loading indicator.
On the side note, I really feel that there should be some sort of "package file" on each sublime installation. Something like a bower.json or package.json. It'll help us to sync / move settings easily.
Moreover if it is coupled with a simple command to install all packages in that file, it'll be even better.
The Package/User/Package Control.sublime-settings file may be what you are looking for. It tracks your settings, but also your installed packages. If you sync that to another machine that has Package Control installed, PC will install any missing packages the next time Sublime Text starts.
For India, they don't even have any option of getting it free. You have to pay a minimum 7500 Rs (~ $ 150) + taxes. Though after payment they gave it in 4 days.
This is a sear monopolistic policy, why should I pay fucking 150$ to any agency for just getting a DUNS number. On top of that, there is this annoying wait period and delays.
Not wanting to defend DUNS but what's the process for getting Indian government contracts? In Australia there were voodoo lists of approved contractors, and I have no idea how one got onto them, how long it took, or how much it cost.
