It's stuff like this that makes me glad I'll never be an employee again. I work for myself, and it may not be as "prestigious" as Google, Facebook, etc, but at least I own my time, and I don't have to deal with self-important jackasses (except myself!) telling me I have to be to work by 11am to make 150k (a pittance, really) in Silicon Valley.
