It doesn't run locally, but rather uses Azure cloud.

For local python in a spreadsheet, LibrePythonista allows running IPython code in a LibreOffice spreadsheet

Next thing we will see is a roll of 1000 sheets... Just really tiny ones...

just wait until they realize they can perforate down the middle and double the sheet count!

You have full source code available to inspect and modify. Are you from Slack?

Your current browser isn't supported.

Thanks for the example and explanations Simon!

My opinion will probably not be popular, but by making the mirror you are helping with creating this monopoly.

I see the solution in creating small single/few page(s) landing site and linking to the code and releases, being it to self/hosted Gitea, Forgejo, Gitlab, GitHub...

It's not unpopular: I know. I mean, I mentioned the monopoly in my comment for a reason.

But for this niche purpose, GitHub is my (last) social media, and GitHub stars are my bookmarks.

So, yeah, I agree, but your suggestion does little for me to not forget it when I'm looking for something SQLite related, and definitely doesn't help me follow project updates (like a proper GitHub mirror would).

I'm sorry.

This looks interesting! It might be a great companion for the BlenderDMX addon [1].

Might be best to disclose that you seem to be the lead developer of BlenderDMX ;-)

Correct, thanks, didn't realize it's better to mention. This is an open source project.

How?

BlenderDMX allows you to import a lighting rig and visualise what it will look like. BlenderBIM allows you to import a building and visualise what it will look like. Using both, you can visualise what a lighting rig would look like in a given building.

BlenderBIM doesn't "import a building" BIM is a method of detailing a house. You export it to something like IFC and then share it. For example if you do design in Blender, but the plumber uses Revit you use IFC to share between the two programs. The plumber adds the piping to the plan, and exports it for you and then you now have a all of the plumbing required.

You can then export it using BIM to a schedule which will say we need 45 90deg corners, 20 10" pipes, etc...

Sure it has lots of other uses. But if you get sent an IFC being able to see it in Blender even if you don't care about the schedule is very nice.

Singularity absolutely produces standalone executables, been building tools this way for years.

How? I've used Apptainer pretty extensively for a couple years and as far as I know the machine where it runs has to have Apptainer installed, even when executing sif files like a normal app.

I stand corrected, yes, you need run-singularity to be installed to execute the image, i completely forgotten.

Congrats!

I tried to search for a particular domain data but neither search nor the explore would have the domain listed. What's the process to get unlisted domains indexed?

awhh I can see DMOZ (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DMOZ) is no longer! That used to be the seed for crawling the internet I believe, for search engines.

A static version (archive) of DMOZ is still available at http://www.odp.org/

For the Hybrids, get your secret key while the servers are still up, without it, it's a paperweight.
