dude, you're way too excited. I understand your sentiment, but it applies for everyone these days. Just depends which propaganda you like more.

are you saying I'm wrong or what?)

let's recap. someone said Samsung feeds of subsidies so it's equally bad, I said no their government isn't as aggressive/imperialist, then multiple whataboutists started to imply I'm wrong because USA (not Samsung's gov by the way) is just as bad, and now you say... what exactly I don't even know.

still waiting for someone to give me an actual argument and not just downvotes.

Netflix... thanks, I'll pass.

It's an AMC show. It's not currently even on Netflix as far as I can tell, at least in the US. mullvad cough cough yarrr.

Amazing (not) how the sales data is represented LOL I don't have any sweetspot for EVs anyway, but here the title and the comments are not even related to EVs! It's all "ahahaha TESLA/Elon sucks" LOL Fine, but why pretend anything else - the "story" picked data like a cherrypicker - those that make the biggest number in negative. Anyone ever cared to look at the data? 2024 to 2026, or 2023 to 2026 whatever is greater (downwards)... what a joke of stats.

You're playing so defensive (for LEDs) wonder why - just to argue? If one uses the same logic - does anybody states that LED are GOOD for the health? What the lack of such statements means - they're bad, or have no effect? At the end - is it your business at all if I want to use incandescent lights, or CFLs, because I find them more suitable for my personal needs in MY home?

Maybe it causes eyestrain. It's unlikely to cause cancer. It reduces energy use, which reduces smog, which reduces cancer.

No I just refute a claim on which the provided source does not prove or indicate in any way. I'm not arguing LED to be better or worse, I'm just looking at a proof of some kind to what is argued.

But it seems like it's too much to ask? I should just accept whatever comments I read without any critical thinking?

Sad to say, but concerning the PC, seems we're moving in that direction pretty fast.

I have issue with that balance cut off at $5. How one spends the entire balance then?

It is odd, I would have thought $0 is the more obvious number there. It seems you can refund via a shell command though, so the money is not trapped

Given they delete the boxes at $0, that may be cutting it close. That said they should add a flag that lets a user run down to the $0 if they want to live dangerously. They could also change it to $1 since that's their minimum balance required for refund.

I wish prices went only 50% more... I see 300+% on the market now.

The they and their refer to Framework in that sentence, but I can see the ambiguity.

No matter how the ad is made, it is still an ad. What's probably more important is the message. And this one was dumb as a message and as a real bad advice contributing to the increasingly brainless population who nowadays believes they can go into woods and everything there is friendly if you smile enough.

> No matter how the ad is made, it is still an ad

I disagree. An ad is always an ad. But it can also be art. This ad has artistic merit, and I think people are reacting to that.

Well well... recent "feature" of X revealing the actual "actors" location of operation shows how much "Russian troll armies" are there.. turns out there're rather overwhelming Indian and Bangladesh armies working hard for who? Common, say it! And despite of that, while cheap, not that cheaper compared to when the "agentic" approach enters the game.

I really wish people would stop fixating on one nation-state or other entity when it comes to the astroturfing problem. It's something that's going to have all sorts of hands stirring the pot since it's basically just a very pernicious new form of marketing and propaganda. Any sizeable countries or corporations are going to be utilizing this new tool of manipulation, regardless of how scummy that may be.

Sweet how the OP is about something that exactly corresponds to what EU wants badly too - chat control - but you decide to talk about Digital ID. OK wait a bit more, then your beautiful DID will start making more sense.

It all amounts to the same thing, the use of tech to control the public.

It was nephihaha who started talking about digital IDs.
