So the guy suing claims he was on 400mg a day. OC doesn't come in 200mg, right? So he must have been prescribed what, 80mg * 5? Or even more pills to take twice daily, so he could have spread the doses. At that point, what's the complaint with or point of OC?
Anyways, this just highlights the issue with the DEA. People should be able to fairly freely get pain medications. It's their choice and they should not have their freedom curtailed by professional gatekeepers and bureaucrats.
