A lot of our business and life are under the rule of big private companies. We are merciless to question their behavior even when their acts have great impact upon us. Sure, we should add add a lot of names to this list: "Try contacting [Apple\|Google\|EBay\|PayPal\|AmazonAws\|.*] about anything."
