I had a very good experience. I spoke with a member of the team and emailed a bit with Jared. He was completely transparent about timeframes (YC was interviewing for the W17 batch and they were slammed so he told me there would be a two week delay). I heard back from him shortly after their YC interviews completed and went onsite to meet the team.

He was always prompt and respectful of my time.
