Okay, I will admit I like Gawker. It was always an easy read and provided some good humor in a world that is quickly becoming a mess.

I understand what happen between Peter Thiel, Hulk Hogan and Nick Denton, but I don't really have an opinion other than I just wanted Gawker.

It might have leaned a little to the left, but I'm a big boy and read from left to right while at the same time thinking for myself. So it didn't bother me that much.

I still read Deadspin, Gizmodo, etc... But Gawker was great because they loaded all those articles in the mix. It kind was the front page for everything on the internets.

The comments at times where better than the articles.

Regardless, can anybody recommend a alternative for Gawker?
