Well, it's fine that the author gives many examples of what he feels are not advantages. But he doesn't give a single example of what he feels are solid competitive advantages. Left me feeling disappointed.


P.S. Next week I'll talk about what are real competitive advantages.

Which I suppose makes sense, as it's supposed to be part of a series.
