Lisp is everywhere these days. Look at destructuring, higher order functions .. this is just the tip of the iceberg. These genes stood the test of time and spread all over.
I think it's a "natural" thing. Contextually only ideas can be efficient, not the whole, so islands (languages, companies) grab what they can in gradual chunks.
However the full iceberg is still only found on the Lisp languages.
Some features are found in other languages, but the combination of metaprogramming with homoiconicity is one of the key elements, and that is arguably only found in Lisp.
