I love this kind of arrogant corporate responses "working as intended".

Just because something is "working as intended" does not mean it's ok or correct.
BTW a bunch of Google' authorization is based on 3rd party cookies (e.g. Stackdriver), could anyone explain to me why? It's technically not challenging for Google to implement other ways.
