I can afford it but I find travelling stressful as you have to get to the airport, go through security, check in at the hotel etc. Also even though I can afford it, it rarely seems like the best use of the money. I mainly travel because I have to visit my family (I live abroad) or my SO wants to visit somewhere.

I agree- it rarely seems like the best use of money. At least often.
