I guess you have down votes because they feel riot's leadership can't grow?



That's a cute as an anecdote, but in cases where the employee may be creating legal liability it gets more complicated.


I don't think cute is the right word; but yeah, as the sibling comment pointed out, he needed to seize on the opportunity to grow. He didn't.
