Where can I get some subcontract dev work? I have like 20 hrs a week free and I like to put it to more useful work.

I don't want to deal with marketing, networking and dealing with non-tech clients to get my own clients.

My idle situation would be doing work for a busy freelancer or consultant and earn a couple of bucks.

I always read that for successful freelancing you have to spend around %50 of your time networking and marketing. I don't like that. I don't mind getting paid less if I just do what I love, code!

Where can I find such an arrangement?
