I always struggle with telling myself "enough is enough" by the end of the day. In my mind I always know I could have spent 1 more hour completing more work and I feel guilty about it.
I know this isn't a good way of thinking but I'm not sure how to quiet my mind. How much work is reasonable to complete in a single day?
If I get stuck significantly before bedtime, I take an extra shower or a walk or something, and that often has the same effect.
